Un résumé ibrido è una combinazione dei résumé funzionale e cronologico. Esso combina gli elementi di una sintesi funzionale e di una sintesi cronologica per creare un résumé che si concentri fortemente sulle competenze, ma comprenda anche le date, i titoli delle mansioni rivestite nei posti di lavoro precedenti con tutte le informazioni essenziali circa le posizioni lavorative.
Si tratta di un buon résumé da utilizzare quando si vuole dare priorità alle proprie abilità, ma anche dimostrare in che modo si è evoluta la propria carriera.
